Almost all of our private customers are signed up to the Go-Cardless Direct Debit mandate (it's not a standing order). Funds are only taken if and when you’ve received a delivery from us, usually around 3-10 days after you’ve received your invoice. If you wish to pay via Bacs, we operate on a "payment due on delivery" basis.
